Player Registration

The recent warm weather can mean only one thing - baseball season is just around the corner!!!

Player registration for the 2012 season is expected to begin in the next few weeks. The specific timeframes for all House, Travel, and Miracle League players will be posted on the website as soon as they are available. Emails will also be sent to last year's participants.

Please be sure to keep an eye on this site and your emails
for further details!

Open Gym Schedule

The Open Gym schedule has been published and is available on the LBA website in the "Open Gyms" tab.

The first session will be held Wednesday, January 4th at Kenwood Middle School. Please refer to the detailed schedule for times and age assignments.

We are still looking for coaches and parents to assist with each session. Contact Lori Williams at if you are interested.

All sessions will take place at Kenwood Middle School and there is no admission charge. Equipment requirements are outlined in the "Open Gyms" tab.

LBA Open Gym (Ages 10-15)

Open Gym sessions will begin in January for players between the ages of 10-15. Players MUST be 10 years old or currently in 4th grade in order to participate.  All in-house and/or travel players are welcome!! 

All sessions will be held at Kenwood Trail Middle School and admission is free. Please keep an eye on the website for schedule postings The initial plan is to rotate schedules (Wed/Fri nights) by age.

Required equipment includes the following:
  • Change of shoes to wear only in the gym that are dry/clean and not worn from outside (no cleats!)
  • Players own glove and bat
  • Comfortable clothes to bend and move.
  • Protective cup
Players will be organized by age group and moved to separate exercises/work-out, fielding, throwing, catching, and hitting stations. Players must come with a positive attitude to be prepared for a good work-out and learning session!

***IMPORTANT*** We are in need of helpers (moms or dads) for all open gym sessions.  If you are a coach or parent, please contact Lori Williams via email if you are willing to help. Lori can be contacted at 

Please note that parents/helpers need similar equipment and should come prepared to exercise!
